Processing Times

Most orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Custom commissions and made-to-order items require additional production time. The estimated processing time for these products will be displayed on the relevant product listing.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped using fully tracked postal services.

Within the UK, orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

International orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked. Larger, heavier, or higher-value orders may be shipped using Parcelforce Worldwide where appropriate to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Free UK Shipping

We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £25.

Orders under £25 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on the total packed weight of the order.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 3–10 business days

  • United States & Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 6–12 business days

  • Rest of World: 5–15 business days

Duties, Taxes & Customs

We ship worldwide.

For selected destinations, we use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP/PDDP) services, meaning applicable import duties and taxes are collected before delivery where available.

For destinations where DDP is not available, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, or handling fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or standard shipping charge unless expressly stated at checkout.

Customs policies vary by country, and we recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the combined packed weight of your order.

Where multiple items are purchased together, shipping is calculated using the total packed weight of the order.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect address is provided and your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional postage before they can be resent.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.

Please note that parcels are not considered lost until the relevant carrier's investigation period has elapsed.

Damaged Deliveries

Every order is packaged carefully to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

This allows us to assist you quickly and, where appropriate, make a claim with the shipping carrier.
